Ejaculation is a physiological process in which semen is ejected from the male sexual organ, i.e. the penis. This process is usually related to reaching orgasm, which is the peak of sexual excitement. Ejaculation is the release of sperm and other fluids from the seminal vesicles and prostate. It is a natural part of the reproductive process in which the sperm travel towards the egg in order to fertilize it.
